My Biography - La mia Biografia

Silvia Battisti was born in Sovramonte (Belluno) Italy, and lives and works in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), Italy.

Art High School Diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts Venice Painting course with the professor Santomaso at the Academy of Fine Arts Venice Scenography Degree at the “Brera” Academy of Fine Arts Milan with the dissertation “Oskar Schlemmer and the abstract theatre in connection with the Bauhaus School”. She has lived in Zurich and in Warsaw where she followed a Cinematographic Arts course Hebrew thought course by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem She has taught arts at a State school until 1999 She has received the gold medal for painting in 1992 at the international contest of design and painting in San Remo (Imperia).   She has partecipated in collective exhibitions since 1970.
